Kratom Taper Stability Sessions

For the moments when the taper needs a working session, not a new plan.

You have the Plan Review deliverable. You know the sequence, the stability targets, the first moves. What you need now is a session at the inflection point — before a planned reduction, after an unexpected stall, when something in the pattern has shifted and you need a read on what it means and what to do next.

That's what a Taper Stability Session is.

What a Stability Session Is

A 60-minute working session built around where the taper is right now. Not a re-assessment of your full history. A focused, real-time read on the current pattern and the specific decision in front of you.

Before the session you complete a current VDI assessment. That scored snapshot — compared against your Plan Review baseline — shows exactly what has shifted and by how much. The session starts with that data already on the table.

The session covers:

Where the pattern stands now relative to your baseline — what's stable, what's moved, what the numbers are telling you.

What triggered the current inflection point — whether it's a stall, a sleep disruption, a reduction that created more instability than expected, or a decision point you want to think through before acting.

What the next move is — specific, sequenced, and matched to where your nervous system actually is right now. Not where the original plan assumed it would be.

No new deliverable is produced unless warranted. The session output is clarity and a clear next action.

$120 per session. Book and pay before each call.

A note on extracts and 7-OH

If your use has shifted toward kratom extracts, shots, or 7-OH products during the taper — even if you started on leaf — the pattern may have changed in ways a standard taper session won't address. Text first and we'll figure out whether this is still the right fit.

What This Is Not

Not medical care. I am not a prescriber. All clinical decisions remain between you and your provider. Stability Sessions are pattern assessment and sequencing support — not clinical management, not medication adjustment.

Questions? Text first.

No intake form. No commitment.
