The Kinetic Exit Bridge

A defined exit before you walk through the door.

If you're planning to enter a recovery program and you're currently using kratom extracts or 7-OH products — this page is for you.

The standard recovery program admission process assumes you're arriving in a state the program can work with. For most people coming off kratom extracts or 7-OH, that's not what happens. You arrive managing multiple withdrawal events per day. Your nervous system is organized entirely around the next dose. Sleep is anchored to your dosing schedule. The emotional cycling — the dysphoria and anxiety that arrives between doses and lifts when the dose lands — is still running.

Programs aren't built to address that in the first week. And you can't engage with recovery while you're managing the acute pattern.

The Kinetic Exit Bridge is a defined five-day protocol that resolves that pattern before you arrive.

How it works

Days 1 through 5 are the exit window. A short-term buprenorphine stabilization protocol replaces multiple daily withdrawal events with a single stable pharmacological platform. The cycle that kept resetting gets deleted. The hand-to-mouth dosing ritual that's been running your day gets interrupted at the neurological level.

Day 6 is your last dose. From that point, the medication's own 37-hour half-life begins a passive, linear exit — the pharmacokinetics complete the taper automatically. You're not dosing anything. The exit is already underway.

Day 6 is also admission day.

You arrive at your program pharmacologically clean, cycle overwritten, and ready to engage with recovery from Day One — not spending the first week in crisis management while everyone waits for the acute pattern to settle.

Same program. Same price. Different landing.

The Bridge track is part of the standard Kinetic Exit program — $800, no additional cost. The difference is where The Landing happens. Instead of the Pivot-guided post-exit support in Days 15 through 30, your recovery program provides that environment.

When you enroll in the Bridge track, Pivot prepares a plain-language transition summary for you to bring at admission — covering the protocol completed and your current status. You walk in with context. Your program knows where you're starting from.

Is the Bridge right for you?

The Bridge track is a good fit if:

  • You're currently using kratom extracts or 7-OH products

  • You've tried to stop without success

  • You're planning to enter a recovery program

  • Your provider has confirmed you're medically appropriate for short-term buprenorphine detoxification

It's not the right fit if you're currently prescribed Suboxone or buprenorphine, or if you require immediate medical detoxification.
